Circle is once again online. Everything has been re-enabled and systems should be working normally. Developers are staying online and monitoring closely for any issues. We've implemented several changes to prevent issues in the future, improve our ability to respond to issues, and stop issues before they happen. Additionally, we have implemented several temporary systems to aid in speedy recovery that will remain in place for the next few days until we are certain all issues have been resolved.
